Pancakes are so good, right? I’ve whipped up the perfect and healthy alternative pancake recipe. This recipe has no refined sugar and is the perfect low GI breakfast. I enjoy a big stack of these most mornings for breakfast with warm green tea or an Acai SMT. You can still enjoy good food everyday without the guilt!

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana (mashed)
1 tsp cocao powder
1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
2 tsp organic desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g egg whites
2-3 tbs unsweetened almond milk
(optional) Chocolate Cocao Nibs
1 Squash a banana with a fork in a bowl or mixing bowl
2 Add all ingredients into the bowl and mix with a fork
4 Spray a pan with coconut oil and cook on temperature medium-high. Allow to cook a few minutes each side or until golden brown
TIP: Make sure your mixture is slightly runny or they may be too dry when cooked.
