Just another Nike appreciation post! Totally in love with my new Pegasus trainers. These bad boys are comfort at it's finest! Fortunately I was going past the Nike factory outlet on the Gold Coast and got the most amazing deal of 40% off all shoes. ENERGY BANANA PANCAKES


Pancakes are so good, right? I’ve whipped up the perfect and healthy alternative pancake recipe. This recipe has no refined sugar and is the perfect low GI breakfast. I enjoy a big stack of these most mornings for breakfast with warm green tea or an Acai SMT. You can still enjoy good food everyday without the guilt!

MY TRANSFORMATION



FOCUS, PATIENCE, POSITIVITY When I was at my heaviest weight I was weighing 76kg and I definitely felt it! Being so unhappy with my body made me feel super depressed and unmotivated all the time. I felt sick, lazy, suffered fatigue, stomach problems and bloating. This was definitely not the way I wanted to live. 
Seriously.. it happened like this.. One random day I woke up and decided it was time to change my life for the better! I thought to myself ‘I’m young with nothing stopping me from getting what and where I want to be’.
