Well thank the heavens, because I'm not even kidding you.
Enjoy these soft and chocolately cookies completely guilt free!

Ingredients
4 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp raw cocao
1 tsp natvia or other sweetener (optional)
1/8 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
8-10 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
30g Raw Cocao chocolate nibs
30g Raw Cocao chocolate nibs
Instructions
1 Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and line baking paper onto a baking tray.
2 Combine coconut flour, protein powder, cocao, natvia, vanilla and baking powder into a bowl.
3 With a fork, mix in almond milk until a dough forms.
Add in Cocao chocolate nibs.
Add in Cocao chocolate nibs.
4 Roll into 14 bite size balls and place them on your baking tray.
5 Press down each ball with the back of a fork.
