RAWR FOODS

After the Christmas holidays I was in desperate need of a detox. My body was feeling heavy, bloated and overall unhealthy. I began to eliminate all animal products to get my digestion moving properly and ate only fresh whole foods. I was feeling amazing after the first week but I was in serious need of something naughty.. this is where my Rawr Foods journey began.

WHY DRINK YOUR GREENS?


Every morning I like to wake up and drink a big green juice. Drinking green juice is my favourite thing to kick start my body and fill it up with amazing nutrients and vitamins. I've currently started a diploma to become a Raw Foods Nutritionist and I've learned some important things about why juicing is SO good for you.
