CHOC ORANGE BLISS BALLS





Another sweet treat that is completely guilt free! Not only are these Bliss Balls full of natural nutritious goodness but are also free from refined sugar. They might look naughty but these energy balls are full of healthy fats and nutrients. They are a natural source of protein, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin E & more. These balls contain a rich blend of cocao, fresh orange, dates, coconut & a mixture of nuts. 
These are the perfect snack if you are on the go!




INGREDIENTS
MAKES 30
1 cup almonds
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflowers seeds
1 cup organic desiccated coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup cocao powder
1 cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 10 mins
1 large orange



1 Place almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds into a food processor and pulse to a fine meal
Add coconut, cocao and chia seeds to a bowl
3 Strain dates and puree with orange juice to paste (cut orange in half and squeeze as much juice)
4 Add dry ingredients to the paste
5 Pour extra coconut into a shallow bowl
6 Shape mixture into balls about 4cm in diameter, roll in coconut and set on a tray
7 Bliss balls can be frozen, or stored in an airtight container for up to one month
